| Abstract: | This study describes pseudoarthrosis of the proximal phalanx of the little finger and its successful treatment using a free vascularized genicular osseous-periosteal flap. Since this thin and pliable flap can be harvested as a small vascularized unit, it is ideal for the treatment of phalangeal pseudoarthrosis. |
