| 摘 要： | 目的探讨分化型甲状腺癌的外科治疗的效果以及影响预后的因素。方法根据分化型甲状腺癌危险性的评估,采用不同的切除范围进行手术。结果656例分化型甲状腺癌术后5年生存率100.0%,10年生存率98.9%。结论手术切除是治疗分化型甲状腺癌的主要手段,采用适当的手术方式,配合术后内分泌治疗,可提高生存率。

| Abstract: | Objetive Analyse the surgical outcome and the influencing factor of prognosis in treatment of differentiated thyroid carcinoma.Methods Based on risk evaluation,different thyroidectomy procedure had been performed on patients suffer from differentiated thyroid carcinoma.Results 656 patients underwent surgical procedure,5-year overall survival rate were 100.0%,10-year overall survival rate were 98.9%.Conclusion Surgical procedure plays the key role in the treatment of differentiated thyroid carcinoma.It can e... |
