| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨补阳还五汤和黄芪对脑缺血再灌注后脑组织HSP70mRNA及蛋白表达的影响。方法：采用沙土鼠双侧颈动脉夹闭脑缺血模型，运用Northern blot和Western blot分别检测补阳还五汤和黄芪对沙土鼠脑缺血再灌注后热休克蛋白70基因（HSP70）及蛋白的表达。结果：在脑缺血再灌注后48h，HSP70mRNA及蛋白表达明显增强，补阳还五汤可明显抑制HSP70的转录，而黄芪则除了可明显抑制其转录外，还可轻度降低HSP70的翻译。结论：补阳还五汤和黄芪对脑缺血再灌注后，HSP70的抑制作用有可能对于脑缺血引起的损伤具有保护作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the expression of Bu Yang Huan Wu Decoction (BYHWD) and Radix on heat shock protein70 (HSP70) after cerebral ischemia and reperfusion. Methods Cerebral ischemia model in gerbils was produced by Ligating bilateral common carotid artery. The expression of HSP70 mRNA and HSP70 protein were detected by Northern blot and Western blot after cerebral ischemia for 15min followed by reperfusion for 48 hours. Result The expression of HSP70 mRNA and HSP70 protein were increased obviously after cerebral ischemia and reperfusion. BYHWD decreased the expression of HSP70 mRNA remarkably, Radix decreased the expression of HSP70 mRNA remarkably and reduced slightly the expression of HSP70 protein also. Conclusion The Inhibiting the increase of BYHWD and Radix on HSP70 after cerebral ischemia and reperfusion might play a protective role in cerebral ischemia |
