二溴海因对水中细菌杀灭效果观察

为了解二溴海因对水体中细菌的杀灭效果及其影响因素,采用微孔滤膜抽滤法进行了实验室和现场试验研究。结果,含有效溴1 mg/L的二溴海因消毒液作用30 m in,可完全杀灭自来水中大肠杆菌;水温、有机物、pH值对其杀菌效果均无明显影响。在游泳池水中加入有效溴1 mg/L作用1 h,可使水中细菌总数由1960 cfu/m l降为0cfu/m l。在海水中加入10 mg/L有效溴的二溴海因作用1 h,可使海水中大肠菌群和粪大肠菌群分别由29000 cfu/L和15720 cfu/L下降到10 cfu/L以下。在医院污水中加入有效溴25 mg/L作用1 h,可使污水中粪大肠菌群由消毒前的>23800 MPN/L下降至900 MPN/L以下。结论,二溴海因对水体中常见细菌均有较强杀灭作用,水温、有机物及pH值对其杀菌效果影响较轻。

OBSERVATION ON EFFICACY OF DIBROMOHYDANTOIN IN KILLING BACTERIA IN WATER

In order to know the efficacy of dibromohydantoin in killing bacteria in water body and its influencing factors,millipore filter membrane suction method was used to carry out laboratory and field experimental study.Results: The dibromohydantoin disinfection solution containing available bromine 1 mg/L with a 30 min contact time could completely kill Escherichia coli in tap water.The water temperature,organic substance and pH had no abvious influence on its germicidal efficacy.Adding dibromohydantoin containing available bromine 1 mg/L to the swimming pool water and allowing it to dwell for 1 h could reduce the total bacterial count in the water from 1960 cfu/ml to 0 cfu/ml.Adding dibromohydantoin containing available bromine 10 mg/L to the sea water and allowing it to dwell for 1 h could reduce coli-group and fecal coli-group in sea water from 29 000 cfu/L and 15 720 cfu/L to less than 10 cfu/L respectively.Adding available bromine 25 mg/L to the hospital sewage and allowing it to dwell for 1 h could reduce fecal coli-group in the sewage from >23 800 MPN/L before disinfection to less than 900 MPN.Conclusions: Dibromohydantoin has relatively high efficacy in killing common bacteria in water body.The water temperature, organic substance and pH value slightly influence its germicidal efficacy.
