| 摘 要： | 构建一个实时高效的战时医疗信息平台。分析战时医疗信息与平时医院医疗信息的不同,围绕救治时效性、救治连续性、救治质量和卫勤指挥协调这一主题,基于现有的医院信息系统,设计战时医疗信息平台。该平台的建设对战时医疗救治工作有重要意义。

| Abstract: | The objective of this paper is to build a real-time and highly efficient platform for medical information in wartime.The different characteristics of the wartime medical information are analyzed.Based on the hospital information system,and centering on rescue timeliness,continuity,and quality as well as the coordination of medical service command,a wartime medical information platform is designed,which is significant to the medical work in wartime. |
