| 摘 要： | [目的]总结高龄冠心病病人行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的术后监护护理措施。[方法]回顾性分析61例高龄冠心病病人行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的临床资料。[结果]本组病人均顺利手术,术后出现频发室性期前收缩2例,经抗心律失常治疗后纠正,心源性休克1例,及时应用主动脉内球囊反搏(IABP),均好转出院;随访3个月～15个月,死亡2例。[结论]加强高龄冠心病病人行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的术后监护护理是手术成功的保证。
