摘    要:目的:探讨女性激素相关生物指标雌激素受体(estrogen receptor,ER)、孕激素受体(progesterone receptor,PR)、雌激素诱导基因(estrogen induced gene,pS2)在乳腺非典型增生癌变过程中的意义。方法:检测正常乳腺、乳腺单纯性增生、乳腺非典型增生及原发性乳腺癌细胞中ER、PR、pS2的表达。结果:ER、PR、pS2在26例正常对照组中阳性表达率分别为11.53%,15.38%,0;在50例乳腺单纯性增生疾病中阳性率分别为22%,28%,8%;在45例非典型增生症中阳性率分别为64.44%,73.33%,31.11%;在46例原发乳腺癌中阳性率分别为67.39%,56.52%,34.78%。结论:女性激素相关生物指标ER、PR在不典型增生细胞中检测阳性时临床上应特别重视,其发生乳腺癌的可能性增大。pS2的阳性表达可能与乳腺癌的发生也有一定的关系。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the significance of the changes in estrogen-related markers(ER,PR and pS2)in the course from atypical hyperplasia to carcinoma of breast.Methods:Co-expression of ER,PR and pS2 in the tissues of normal breast,benign hyperplasia of breast,atypical hyperplasia of breast and breast carcinoma was annlyzed.Results:The positive expression rates of ER,PR and pS2 were 11.53%,15.38% and 0 in normal breast tissue;22%,28% and 8% in benign hyperplasia of breast;64.44%,73.33% and 31.11% in atypical hyperplasia of breast;67.39%,56.52% and 23.91% in primary breast cancers.Conclusion:The results indicated that the positive expression of ER,PR in atypical hyperplasia of breast should be regarded clinically and may increase the chance of occurrence of breast cancer.There may be some relation between positive expression of pS2 and occurrence of breast cancer.
