睾丸损伤16例临床分析

目的:提高睾丸损伤的诊治水平.方法:对16例睾丸损伤的诊断及治疗进行回顾性分析.结果:2例开放性睾丸损伤行睾丸裂伤清创修补术,14例闭合性睾丸损伤有12例经B超、CT确诊,2例有较大的阴囊血肿,无法分辨,手术探查后证实.10例行手术探查,1例睾丸破裂严重行睾丸切除术.术后1例出现睾酮低下发生勃起功能障碍.4例保守治疗者2例外伤侧睾丸出现萎缩,1例发生勃起功能障碍.结论:B超、CT检查在伤后尽早进行,对早期诊断睾丸损伤非常重要.睾丸损伤应早期手术以修补睾丸、清除血肿.

Clinic analysis of the testicular trauma in 16 cases

Objective To improve the diagnostic and therapeutic level of testicular trauma.Methods Sixteen cases of testicular trauma were retrospectively reviewed.Results Two cases of open testicular trauma were opertated to repare testis.Twelve cases of 14 testicular blunt trauma were diagnosed by B ultrasonography and CT scan.Two cases which have large scrotal hematoma were confirmed by operative intervention.Ten cases underwent operation.One case was treated by tesectomy.One case had testosterone low level and erection dysfuntion occurred.The injured testis withered in 2 cases of 4 treated conservatively and 1 case appered erection dysfunction.Conclusion B ultrasonography and CT should be done as early as possible,which is important for early diagnosis of testicular trauma.Testicular trauma should be early operated for repairing testis and eliminating hematoma.;
