| 摘 要： | 抗血小板在冠心病治疗中占重要地位,抗血小板药物氯吡格雷的应用,使冠心病患者大大获益;然而使用过程中,逐渐暴露出许多问题,如仍有部分患者再发血栓事件。为此本文从循证医学到临床遇到的问题及对策,就氯吡格雷在临床中应用作了较全面综述。

| Abstract: | Anti-dplatelet has an important role in the treatment of coronary artery disease.The application of anti-dplatelet drug clopidogrel makes patients with coronary artery disease great benefit.However,recurrent thrombosis still happened in some patients.In the review,we disccuss clopidogrel from the clinical application of evidence-dbased medicine to clinical problems and countermeasures. |
