| 摘 要： | 患儿男,4个月。头皮、躯干皮肤水疱、大疱3天。系统检查无异常。皮损组织病理:表皮大致正常,表皮下水疱形成。Giemsa染色示真皮内胞质有大量紫红色异染颗粒的肥大细胞。结合临床表现诊断:大疱性肥大细胞增生病。

| Abstract: | A four-month-old infant presented blister on the epicranium and trunk for three days. Examination of medical department was normal.The results or pathological examinations showed that epidermis was normal and that blister was found to be under the epidermis. Giemsa coloration(or stain) showed that many mast cells were in the dermis. The cytoplasm had promineni metachromatic granule.The diagnosis of bullous mastocytosis was confirmed by clinical,histopathological examinations. |
