百草枯中毒致损伤机制以及最新治疗进展

摘    要:百草枯是一种广泛使用的剧毒除草剂。因其便宜而且有效,在发展中国家大量使用,这让预防中毒很困难。百草枯中毒主要以自杀者口服多见,因其无特效解毒药,其致死率和致残率很高。早期多死于多器官功能衰竭,晚期多死于不可逆转的肺纤维化而致的呼吸衰竭。其有多种致损伤机制,治疗以综合治疗为主,最大程度地减少吸收和清除血浆中的百草枯负荷是治疗的首要措施。现就近年来百草枯致损伤机制和治疗方案的研究做一综述。

Abstract:Paraquat is an effective and widely used herbicide but also a lethal poison. In many developing countries paraquat is widely available and inexpensive,making poisoning prevention difficult. However,most of the people poisoned by paraquat taken it as a means of suicide. Because of its no specific antidote,it leads to high mortality and disability rate. Early death is caused by multiple organ failure,and later ones by irreversible pulmonary fibrosis and respiratory failure. It has a variety of damage mechanism,so comprehensive treatment is priority to given in treatment. Standard treatment for paraquat poisoning both prevents further absorption and reduces the load of paraquat in the blood through haemoperfusion or haemodialysis. This paper reviews about the researches of paraquat injury mechanism and treatment in resent years.
