2757例不同年龄段病人动态心电图房性心律失常分析

目的:探讨不同年龄段24h房性心律失常的发生情况。方法:对同期检查的739例青少年、1062例中年和956例老年病人的24h动态心电图结合临床进行对比分析。结果:房性心律失常的发生率:青少年组显著低于中年组,中年组显著低于老年组(P<0.001);频发的、成联律的、多源性的房性早搏及心房颤动和阵发性心房颤动、心房扑动的发生率:青少年和中年组都显著低于老年组(P<0.001或0.005);一般房性早搏及成对、成阵的房性早搏的发生率:青少年组显著低于中年组和老年组(P<0.001或0.005);紊乱性房性心动过速仅老年组见1例。结论:随着年龄增长,房性心律失常和复杂性房性心律失常的发生率显著增高。

An Analysis of Atrial Arrhythmia on Dynamic Electrocardiogram in 2757 Patients Divided in Three Different Age Group

Objective: To explore the incidence of atrial arrhythmia in 24 hours in different age group patients. Methods: The dynamic electrocardiogram of 24 hours in 739 young patients was compared with that in 1062 middle aged and 956 elderly patients in the same period of time and analyzed. Results: The morbidity of atrial arrhythmia in young group was notably lower than that in middle aged group. and that in middle aged group was notably lower than in elderly group ( P < 0.001). The morbidity of frequent, coupling, multifocal atrial premature beat and Af.paroxsmal Af or Af in young group and middle aged group were both notably lower than that in elderly group ( P < 0.001 or P < 0.005) .The morbidity of common, paired atrial premature beat and transient tachycardia in young group was notably lower than that in middle aged group, and that in middle aged group was notably lower than that in elderly group (P< 0.001 or P< 0.005).The chaotic atrial tachycardia happened only in one patient in elderly group. Conclusions: With the increase of people s age, the incidence of atrial arrhythmia and complex atrial arrhythmia rises up notably.
