| 摘 要： | 目的探讨神经外科术后颅内感染的防治措施。方法回顾性分析1996—2010年我科48例术后颅内感染患者的临床资料,其中单纯静脉输注抗生素进行抗感染治疗6例;在静脉使用抗生素的同时,选择性地进行腰大池置管引流15例;腰大池置管引流＋鞘内注射抗生素27例。药物选择：美罗培南＋稳可信25例;罗氏芬＋稳可信23例。结果多种不同的易感因素与颅内感染的发生有关,在全身使用大量有效抗生素的同时行脑脊液外引流、鞘内注射抗生素可收到良好疗效。结论对于中枢神经系统感染,应根据情况进行综合治疗,可以提高疗效。
