| 摘 要： | 目的探讨帕罗西汀联合认知疗法治疗产后抑郁症的疗效和安全性。方法将120例产后抑郁症患者随机分为研究组（帕罗西汀＋认知疗法）和对照组（帕罗西汀）,每组60例,观察治疗8周。用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）和副反应量表（TESS）分别评定临床疗效和不良反应。结果在治疗后第4周末,研究组显效率和有效率均高于对照组（P〈0.05）;第8周末,研究组显效率高于对照组（P〈0.05）,但有效率差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;HAMD评分,两组治疗后均较治疗前下降;同期对照,研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组TESS评分无明显差异（P〉0.05）。结论帕罗西汀联合认知疗法治疗产后抑郁症比单用帕罗西汀治疗起效更快,疗效更优,有利于患者早日康复。
