| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中药白英提取物对肝癌SMMC7721细胞中细胞凋亡相关基因的影响。方法用不同浓度的白英提取物处理肝癌SMMC7721细胞,利用TUNEL法检测其细胞凋亡;通过原位杂交法、免疫组化法,研究白英提取物诱导肝癌SMMC7721细胞产生凋亡时,凋亡促进基因bax和凋亡抑制基因bcl-2的mRNA和蛋白表达。结果 IPP图像分析表明,bax表达显著增高,bcl-2显著下降。结论白英提取物通过调节细胞凋亡促进基因和抑制基因,从而诱导肝癌SMMC7721细胞产生凋亡。
