| 摘 要： | 目的:从临床观察的角度探讨腹腔镜辅助近端胃癌根治术与传统开腹根治术的优劣。方法:我科于2008年10月-2010年1月将同期救治的近端胃癌需手术治疗患者随机分为腹腔镜组(36例)和开腹组(34例),对两组手术患者手术及术后情况进行对比分析。结果:腹腔镜组与开腹组平均手术时间分别为(222.6±34.4)min和(174.1±34.8)min(P<0.05);但腹腔镜组术中出血量、术后恢复情况、术后外周血T淋巴细胞及NK细胞活性显著优于开腹组(P<0.05)。腹腔镜组肿瘤根治程度、术后生存率、肿瘤复发情况与开腹组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:腹腔镜辅助近端胃癌根治术是安全可行的,其微创优势明显,能够达到与开腹手术相当的根治效果。
