护理干预在肠易激综合征患者中的应用研究

目的 探讨护理干预对肠易激综合征患者的心理状态、临床症状和生活质量的影响，总结护理经验。方法 将80例肠易激综合征患者随机分成观察组（40例）和对照组（40例），观察组采用护理干预，对照组采用传统的护理方法，干预8周后比较二者的护理效果。结果 比较两组患者抑郁及焦虑的改善程度、症状严重程度和生活质量，观察组护理效果明显好于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 护理干预可以有效解决肠易激综合征患者的心理问题，改善临床症状和生活质量，值得临床推广应用。

Nursing intervention in the applied researeh of patientswith irri

Objective To explore effect of nursing intervention on psychological states、symptoms and quality of life among patients with irritable bowel syndrome,and to sum up the nursing experience. Methods 80 cases patients with irritable bowel syndrome were divided into the intervention group （40 cases） and control group （40 cases）.The control group was applied for the traditional nursing method,the intervention group took the nursing intervention,and then compared the nursing efficacy of them after 8 weeks. Results：Comparing the nursing results of two groups in improvement of depression and anxiety、symptom severity and quality of life,the nursing effects of intervention group were significantly better than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Nursing intervention can resolve their psychological problem,improve clinical symptoms and quality of life,and hence is worthy of being recommended in clinical practice.
