经阴道超声诊断卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的价值

目的:探讨经阴道超声诊断卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的价值。方法:分析167个经术前超声或术后病理诊断为卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的囊肿声像图特征,并将术前超声与手术病理结果作对照。结果:167个囊肿声像图特征可分为6型:单纯囊肿型、囊内均匀光点型、多囊型、囊内团块型、混合型、实性团块型。其诊断符合率以均匀光点型最高(94.7%),单纯囊肿型最低(14.3%)。术后病理证实的卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿共146个,超声诊断与术后病理符合率为87.4%。结论:经阴道超声对卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿具有重要诊断价值,但仍需与卵巢黄体囊肿、卵巢黏液性囊腺瘤、囊性畸胎瘤、卵巢脓肿等相鉴别。

The Value of Transvaginal Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Ovarion Endometriosis Cysts
