过敏性鼻炎与哮喘的相关性研究

目的：探讨过敏性鼻炎与哮喘的的关系，以利于有效的治疗和预防。方法：对42例过敏性鼻炎与哮喘患者从流行病学、发病机制以及治疗情况等方面进行回顾性分析。结果：过敏性鼻炎与哮喘病往往同时存在，鼻部炎症的严重程度，可影响到哮喘的重程度，使哮喘变得迁延、难治。很多过敏性鼻炎患者存在非特异性支气管反应性增强的现象。结论：治疗过敏性鼻炎时，应做到标准化、规范化、统一化。以避免哮喘等并发症的发生。
