阿立哌唑治疗男性精神分裂症患者的临床观察

目的 探讨阿立哌唑治疗男性精神分裂症患者的临床疗效，以及对性功能和血清泌乳素的影响。方法 将80例男性精神分裂症患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例，观察组采用阿立哌唑治疗，对照组采用氯氮平治疗，12周后比较治疗效果。结果 观察组临床疗效、性功能和血清泌乳素水平均好于对照组，差异均具有显著性意义（p＜0.05）；均未见严重不良反应。结论 阿立哌唑可以有效改善男性精神分裂症患者的精神症状，且对患者性功能和血清泌乳素水平无明显影响，值得临床推广应用。

The clinical observation on male patients with schizophrenia treated with aripiprazole

Objective To explore the clinical effect of aripiprazole treating male patients with schizophrenia,and effects of sexual function and serum prolactin. Methods 80 cases male patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into the intervention group （40 cases） and control group （40 cases）, the intervention group was treated with aripiprazole, and the control group was treated with clozapine, then observed and compared the treatment effects of the two groups after 12 weeks. Results The clinical effect、sexual function and serum prolactin in the intervention group were better than in the control group, there were significant differences（P〈0.05）; There were no severe adverse effects in two groups. Conclusion Aripiprazole is effective to improve psychiatric symptoms of male patients with schizophrenia which has no effects on sexual function and serum prolactin, and hence is worthy of being recommended in clinical practice.
