米索前列醇联合缩宫素预防产后出血效果观察

目的:探索米索前列醇联合缩宫素对产后出血的预防作用。方法:选择2010年全年在我院阴道分娩的产妇420列,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组在胎儿胎头娩出后给予缩宫素10U快速静脉滴注,同时给予米索前列醇200μg置入直肠,深度约5～6cm,对照组在胎儿胎头娩出后给予缩宫素10U快速静脉滴注,观察两组产妇胎儿娩出后2h及产后24h内阴道流血量。结果:两组数据比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:米索前列醇联合缩宫素应用能减少产后出血量和产后出血发生率。临床应用方便、安全、效果显著,值得推广。

The Curative Effect of Misoprostol Combined with Oxytocin for Prevention of Postpartum Hemorrhage

Objective：To explore the function of the misoprostol combined with oxytocin for prevention of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods：420 maternal vaginal delivery were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group in our hospital in 2010.The observation group in the fetus after delivery of fetal head 10U given intravenous oxytocin,while giving misoprostol 200μg into the rectum,the depth of about 5～6cm,the control group in the fetus after delivery of fetal head 10U given intravenous oxytocin.The two groups were observed 2 hours after delivery of maternal fetal and postnatal amount of vaginal bleeding within 24 hours.Compare with the results of two sets of data,the difference wasstatistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The application of misoprostol combined with oxytocin can reduce the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage.It is convenience,safe and effective and be worth promoting.
