| 摘 要： | 股前外侧皮瓣近年来在显微重建外科领域应用极为广泛,被称之为“万用皮瓣”.随着对其解剖学和临床应用研究的深入,该皮瓣不断得到技术改进,临床应用范围不断扩展.本文就股前外侧皮瓣解剖学研究、临床应用进展及相关并发症的防治等问题进行综述.

| Abstract: | In recent years the anterolateral thigh flap is increasingly popular for soft tissue reconstruction in microsurgery. This flap was named ＂myriad-used flap＂ by many scholares. With the research of its anatomic and clinical application go deep in practice, this flap has received a large amount of technical advances and its application extent was also expanded. In this paper, anatomy research and clinical progress of anterolateral thigh flap, and its prevention and treatment of complications were reviewed. |
