| 摘 要： | 目的方法：对６５例声带息肉患者和６１例慢性单纯性咽炎患者进行艾森克个性问卷（ＥＰＱ）的测试对照，以探讨声带息肉与患者个性心理特征的关系。结果显示：声带息肉组，除Ｅ量分外，Ｐ、Ｎ、Ｌ各量得分显著性或非常显著性高于慢性单纯性咽炎组（对照组）（Ｐ＜０．０５或Ｐ＜０．０１），显示出声带息肉患者存在精神病质和神经质两种倾向。提示：声带息肉可能与个性心理特征有关。

| Abstract: | patients with polyps of cord and 61 patients with chronic simple pharyngitis was studied using Eysenck Persondility Questinanaire(EPQ) in order to explore the psychologial character of patients with polyp of cord.The results showed that P.N.L score in patients with polyp of cord were obvious higher than that in patients with chronic simple pharyngitis (P<0.05 or P<0.01), except for E score.It indicates that patients with polyps of cord have the tendency of psychic and neurotic diseases.Our results suggest that polyp of cord may be related to individual psychological character. |
