影响2型糖尿病患者自我血糖监测的相关因素及对策

目的 探讨影响2型糖尿病患者自我血糖监测的相关因素及对策。方法 采用问卷调查的方式，对98例2型糖尿病患者对血糖监测的认知情况、监测状况、影响患者血糖监测的因素进行调查，分析它们之间的关系。结果 75例（76．53％）监测状况差，主要因素是医护人员宣教不够，医疗负担、惧怕疼痛等。结论 加强糖尿病教育、运用减轻疼痛的技巧、提高家庭支持可提高患者自我血糖监测的依从性。

Relative factors of blood sugar self- measure of patients with Type 2 diabetes and countermeasures

Objective To explore the relative factors of blood sugar self-measure of the patients with Type 2 diabetes and the countermeasures.Methods 98 patients with Type 2 diabetes were investigated on their cognition status of blood sugar measurement and measurement status and the relative factors by questionnaire as well as analyzed the relationship among them.Results 75patients(76.53%)had bad measurement status and the main reasons were inadequate health education,medical fee burden,fearing pain and so on.Conclusions The compliance of blood sugar self-measure of the patients with Type 2 diabetes can be improved by strengthening health education and using the technique of easing pain and enhancing their family supports.
