独活寄生汤治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变的疗效观察

目的研究独活寄生汤治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变的临床疗效,为糖尿病下肢血管病变的治疗提供理论依据。方法选取2009年1月～2011年1月来我院进行住院治疗的糖尿病下肢血管病变患者93例,其中采用独活寄生汤治疗的45例患者为治疗组,采用前列地尔治疗的48例患者为对照组,观察比较两组临床疗效。结果两组痊愈、显效、有效、无效例数比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05、P〈0.01）;间歇性跛行（χ2=5.23,P〈0.05）、疼痛感（χ2=4.64,P〈0.05）、麻木（χ2=5.34,P〈0.05）、冷沉感（χ2=5.23,P〈0.05）的痊愈率和显效率均明显高于对照着,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组治疗后血流连续性、血管壁光滑性、血流波形、足背动脉血流量的改善情况均明显优于治疗前（P〈0.05）,治疗后两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论独活寄生汤治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变临床疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

Efficacy observation of Angelicae Pubescentis and Loranthi Decoction in the treatment of diabetic lower extremity vascular disease

Objective To study the clinical effect on Angelicae Pubescentis and Loranthi Decoction in the treatment of diabetic lower extremity vascular disease.Methods 93 patients with diabetic lower extremity vascular disease in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2011 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group(45 cases) were given Angelicae Pubescentis and Loranthi Decoction,the control group(48 cases) were given Alprostadil.The efficacy of tow groups were compared.Results The cured and markedly effective proportion of treatment group were significantly higher than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05,P < 0.01).The cure rate and markedly effective rate of intermittent claudication(χ2=5.23,P < 0.05),painful feeling(χ2 = 4.64,P < 0.05),numbness(χ2=5.34,P < 0.05),cool and heavy sense(χ2=5.23,P < 0.05) in treatment group were significantly higher than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant.The improving situation of blood flow continuity,vessel wall smoothness,blood flow waveforms,dorsalis pedis artery blood flow after treatment in treatment group were significantly better than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion The treatment efficacy of Angelicae Pubescentis and Loranthi Decoction in the treatment of diabetic lower extremity vascular disease is certain,worthy for clinical application.
