| 摘 要： | 脂联素由脂肪细胞分泌,是一种具有多种生物效应的细胞因子。脂联素通过与其受体结合,调节糖代谢、脂代谢、炎性反应、胰岛素抵抗及动脉粥样硬化等。心血管药物和胰岛素增敏剂等药物通过增加脂联素而改善胰岛素抵抗、降低炎性反应、减少糖尿病肾病白蛋白尿、抗动脉粥样硬化等。现就脂联素与临床疾病的关系及抗高血压药、抗血小板药、抗糖尿病药等对脂联素的影响进行综述。

| Abstract: | Adiponectin,with a variety of biological effects of cytokines,is secreted specifically from adipocytes.Adiponectin mediate glucose metabolism,lipid metabolism,inflammation,insulin resistance and atherosclerosis through adiponectin receptors.Cardiovascular drugs and insulin-sensitizing agents and other drugs may improve insulin resistance,inflammation,albuminuria in diabetic nephropathy and atherosclerosis by increasing adiponectin levels.Here is to make a review on the correlation between adiponectin and clinical diseases and effect of antihypertensive,anti-platelet drugs,antidiabetic and other drugs on adiponectin. |
