Hippo通路在肿瘤发生中的研究进展

摘    要:Hippo信号通路是近年来在果蝇属中研究发现的,它由核心成分、上游及下游成分组成,是一条非常保守的参与调控器官大小及细胞周期和凋亡调节的通路,此信号通路由多种抑癌基因及一种候选癌基因组成。研究表明,此通路的不能激活或异常表达在动物试验中参与多种疾病的发生,进而发现其与人类多种肿瘤的发生密切相关,主要与其抑癌基因的低表达相关。

Abstract:The Hippo signaling pathway was found on the research of drosophila melanogaster in recent years which consists of core elements,the upstream and downstream components.It is a very conservative pathway involved in regulation of organ size and the cell cycle and apoptosis.This pathway contains multiple tumor suppressor genes and a candidate cancer gene.Studies have shown that inactivated or aberrant expression of this pathway participatesin the occurrence of many diseases in animal experiments and it is closely related to the occurrence of a variety of human tumors,which is primarily related to its low expression of tumor suppressor genes.
