抑癌基因DAPK甲基化在血液肿瘤中的研究进展

死亡相关蛋白激酶(DAPK)是近年来发现的一种抑癌基因,DAPK具有参与细胞凋亡、细胞迁移等生物学功能。国内外研究报道证实DAPK的表达水平与肿瘤的发生、发展及治疗和预后密切相关。DAPK启动子区甲基化可使其表达沉默,使细胞凋亡受阻,与肿瘤的发生和转移密切相关。目前DAPK甲基化在血液肿瘤中的研究国内外均较少报道,DAPK的甲基化改变能否作为血液肿瘤早期诊断、评价预后及靶向治疗的生物学标志物有待深入研究。

The Research of Tumor Suppressor Gene DAPK Methylation in Neoplastic Hematologic Disorder

Death-associated protein kinase(DAPK)is a recently discovered tumor suppressor gene,which is involved in cell apoptosis,cell migration and other biological functions.Domestic and foreign research reports confirm that DAPK expression is closely related to tumor occurrence,development,treatment and prognosis.DAPK promoter methylation can silence its expression and block the apoptosis,which is closely related with tumorigenesis and metastasis.At present,the study of DAPK promoter methylation in the blood cancer at home and abroad are less reported,whether the DAPK methylation change can be a biological marker in early diagnosis,evaluationg of prognosis and targeted treatment in blood cancer needs further studies.
