尿毒症脑病27例临床特点分析

目的探讨尿毒症脑病患者的临床特点,减少误诊及误治。方法对我院住院治疗的27例肾内科尿毒症脑病患者的病程、临床表现、症状及特异性等临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果经治疗,其中24例症状明显缓解,3例死亡1,例放弃后期治疗。结论尿毒症性脑病病因尚未完全阐明,临床表现复杂多样,缺乏特异性,症状波动性大,充分的血液透析及对症支持治疗可有效改善症状,缓解病情,减少伤亡,提高存活率。

Uremic Encephalopathy Clinical Features of 27 Cases

Objective To explore the clinical features of patients with uremic encephalopathy,to reduce the misdiagnosis and mistreatment.Methods The clinical data of 27 cases of hospital patients with renal medicine uremic encephalopathy was retrospectively analyzed.Results After treatment,24 cases symptomatically relieved,3 cases died,and 1 case gave up the later treatment.Conclusion Uremic encephalopathy etiology has not been fully elucidated,which shows complex and diverse clinical manifestations,lacks of specificity,and has symptom fluctuation.Full blood dialysis and treatment can effectively improve the symptoms,alleviate the condition,reduce casualties,and increase the survival rate.
