尿毒症患者认知功能障碍的研究进展

摘    要:认知障碍是各种原因引起的各种程度的认知功能损害,尿毒症患者认知障碍以轻度为多见,其表现复杂,并随肾功能的减退而加重。认知障碍发病机制可能与毒素、电解质、血红蛋白、微量元素等因素有关,国内对于尿毒症认知功能障碍的诊断大多采用简单智力评估量表、患者临床表现及影像学。戴斯、纳格利尔里等人提出了智力的PASS理论,这一理论能够有效地对认知机能障碍进行深入的探查,并能对康复效果给予满意的评定,是认知神经康复领域中的重要方法。尿毒症认知障碍以透析及药物治疗为主,临床上需加强知识宣教,把认知治疗融入尿毒症的综合治疗中

Abstract:Cognitive dysfunction is a cognitive impairment with all kinds of degree which is caused by various reasons,mild cognitive dysfunction is always seen in patients with uremic,it has complex performance,and becomes serious with the decline of kidney function.The mechanism of cognitive dysfunction may has a relationship with some factors such as toxins,electrolyte mechanism,hemoglobin,trace elements related.Uremia cognitive dysfunction diagnosis at home was diagnosed by simple intelligence assessment scale,clinical feature and imaging.Dace and Darfur put forward intellectual PASS theory,this theory can effectively research the cognitive dysfunction,and can give satisfactory effect to rehabilitation of evaluation,which is an important method in the fields of cognitive rehabilitation.Uremia cognitive dysfunction should be given dialysis and drug treatment,the clinical knowledge education needs to be improved,the cognitive treatment should be put into the uremia in comprehensive treatment.
