头孢哌酮舒巴坦治疗肾盂肾炎的临床疗效研究

目的分析研究头孢哌酮舒巴坦治疗肾孟肾炎的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2010年1月至2011年1月在我院治疗的52例肾盂肾炎患者的临床资料。将52例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各26例,治疗组患者给予头孢哌酮联合舒巴坦治疗,对照组给予左氧氟沙星治疗,观察记录两组患者用药后的临床疗效和不良反应。结果治疗组痊愈10例,显效13例,总有效率为88.46%;对照组痊愈8例,显效32例,总有效率为69.23%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.214,P<0.05);治疗组对大肠埃希菌、粪肠球菌、阴沟肠杆菌及铜绿假单胞菌的控制率远高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组2例出现皮疹,1例出现腹泻,对照组2例出现皮疹,两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论头孢哌酮舒巴坦治疗肾盂肾炎安全、高效,值得在临床推广应用。

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Pyelonephritis with Cefoperazone Sulbactam

Objective To observe the effect of cefoperazone sulbactam in the treatment of pyelonephritis.Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data was conducted in 52 patients with pyelonephritis who were admitted in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2011,and they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group contained 26 cases.The treatment group were treated with cefoperazone sulbactam,The control group were treated with levofloxacin;the clinical effect and adverse reaction were compared.Results 10 cases were healed and 13 cases were excellence in the treatment group with the total effective rate of 88.46%,8 cases were healed and 32 cases were excellence in the control group with the total effective rate of 69.23%.There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05);the treatment group have higher control rate than the control group with colibacillus,enterococcus faecalis,aerobacter cloacae and aeruginosus bacillus(P<0.05);there were 2 cases of rash and 1 case of diarrhea in the treatment group,2 cases of rash in the control group,the difference between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Cefoperazone sulbactam is a safe and effective drug for pyelonephritis and worthy of clinical use.
