2型糖尿病患者的健康教育疗效观察

目的探讨健康教育对2型糖尿病患者疗效的影响。方法选择社区内经我院常规治疗后的2型糖尿病患者98例,按随机表法分成教育组与非教育组。两组2型糖尿病患者均按院方正常的药物治疗,教育组在药物治疗的基础上,积极采取社区健康教育对2型糖尿病患者进一步干预。将两组患者实验干预前后的餐后2 h血糖（2 h PBG）和空腹血糖（FBG）等血糖状况,以及血糖监测情况、定期检查情况、饮食控制情况、药物治疗情况和运动锻炼情况等方面的遵医率进行观察并比较分析。结果与非教育组比较,行社区健康教育干预的教育组2 h PBG和FBG水平降低较为明显,并且患者的遵医率显著提升,组间差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对社区2型糖尿病患者进行健康教育对其恢复健康意义深远,这对于有效地控制或改善病情,减少并发症以及提高2型糖尿病患者的生活质量具有重要的意义

Observation of curative effects of health education for type 2 diabetes patients

Objective To investigate the impact of health education on the curative effects for type 2 diabetes patients.Methods 98 patients with type 2 diabetes of the community who had received conventional treatment in our hospital were randomly divided into the education group and the non-education group according to the randomization table.Both groups of patients with type 2 diabetes continued to receive normal hospital drug treatment.On the basis of drug treatment,the education group received further intervention of community health education.The 2-hours postprandial blood glucose,fasting plasma glucose and other blood glucose status,and the compliance rates of blood glucose monitoring situation,regular inspection situation,diet control situation,drug therapy situation,exercise situation and other situations of both groups of patients before and after experimental intervention were observed and compared.Results Compared with the non-education group,the education group who had received community health education intervention reduced more obviously in the 2-hours postprandial blood glucose and fasting blood glucose,and remarkably increased in the patients’compliance rates,with statistically significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion Community health education is profoundly meaningful for the health restoration of patients with type 2 diabetes,which is tremendously significant for the effective control or improvement of patients’condition,the reduction of complications and the improvement of life quality for patients with type 2 diabetes.
