肾囊肿不同手术治疗方法比较分析

目的分析比较腹腔镜去顶减压术、开放性去顶减压术和穿刺硬化术治疗肾囊肿的优点和缺点。方法选取147例单纯性肾囊肿患者(腹腔镜去顶减压术116例,开放性去顶减压术18例,穿刺硬化术13例)的临床资料,从手术时间、术中出血、住院时间等方面进行回顾性分析,总结三种手术方法的特点。结果腹腔镜去顶减压术和开放性去顶减压术后复发率明显小于穿刺硬化术(P<0.01);开放性去顶减压术在手术中出血量、住院时间等方面具有明显的劣势(P<0.01);腹腔镜去顶减压术和开放性去顶减压术费用远远超出穿刺硬化术。结论三种治疗方法均具有良好的疗效,但手术费用、住院时间、复发率等方面各有优缺点。在临床上,应根据患者的病情和经济情况选择合适的手术方式。

Study on Treatment of Renal Cysts by Different Operations

Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing(LRCU),open renal cyst unroofing(ORCU)and renal cyst puncture sclerotherapy(RCPS).Methods The clinical data of 116 cases treated by laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing and 18 cases receiving open renal cyst unroofing and 13 cases receiving renal cyst puncture were retrospectively analyzed from the perspective of operation time,operation bleeding and hospitalization time.Results Recurrence rate of LRCU,ORCU group were obviously smaller than RCPS group(P<0.01);ORCU group showed obvious disadvantage in the amount of bleeding during operation,and hospital stay time(P<0.01);operation cost of LRCU and ORCU were much more than RCPS..Conclusion Three treatment methods all have good effect,but are of advantages or disadvantes in the cost of surgery,hospital stay,and relapse rate,etc.respectively.In clinical,appropriate surgical approach should be selected based on the different disease and economic conditions.
