腹腔镜下开窗术治疗肝囊肿临床分析

目的探讨腹腔镜下开窗手术治疗单纯性肝囊肿的临床疗效。方法将我院72例单纯性肝囊肿患者分为腹腔镜肝囊肿开窗手术组（腹腔镜组40例）和开腹肝囊肿开窗手术组（开腹组32例）;对比并分析两组患者的住院时间、手术时间、术中出血量、胃肠功能恢复时间、并发症发生率及复发率。结果腹腔镜组在手术时间、术中出血量、胃肠道功能恢复时间及住院天数要明显短于开腹组,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）。结论腹腔镜肝囊肿开窗术具有手术时间短、出血量少、恢复快及住院时间短等优点,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical analysis on laparoscopic fenestration in the treatment of hepatic cyst

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of laparoscopic fenestration in the treatment of simple hepatic cyst.Methods 72 patients with simple hepatic cysts were divided into two groups,one group(40 cases) received laparoscopic fenestration,the other group(32 cases) was received open fenestration.The operation time,surgery blood loss,recovery time of gastrointestinal function,postoperative hospital stay and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The laparoscopy group had significantly shorter operation time,fewer surgery blood loss,shorter recovery time of gastrointestinal function and postoperative hospital stay compared with open fenestration group,there were significant differences(all P < 0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic fenestration in the treatment of hepatic cyst has some advantages such as shorter operative time,less bleeding,faster recovery and shorter hospital stay.
