宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉电切术后联合妈富隆预防子宫内膜息肉复发的疗效观察

目的探讨宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉电切术后联合药物治疗对预防子宫内膜息肉复发的临床疗效。方法经宫腔镜诊治的子宫内膜息肉患者82例随机分为两组,对照组42例,宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉电切术后不给予任何治疗;治疗组40例,宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉电切术后口服妈富隆3个疗程。两组随访6个月观察子宫内膜息肉复发情况。结果对照组术后复发14例（33.33%）,月经改善27例（64.29%）;治疗组术后复发5例（12.50%）,月经改善34例（85.00%）,两组月经改善及术后复发情况比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉电切术后联合妈富隆治疗,有助于临床症状改善及预防子宫内膜息肉术后复发。

Observation of curative effect on hysteroscopic electrocision of endometrial polyps combined with Marvelon in the prophylaxis of recurrence of endometrial polyps

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hysteroscopic electrocision of endometrial polyps combined with medication in the prophylaxis of recurrence of endometrial polyps.Methods 82 patients diagnosed as endometrial polyps by hysteroscopy were randomly divided into two groups,42 cases in the control group were given no other treatment after hysteroscopic electrocision of endometrial polyps;40 cases in the treatment group were given 3 courses of Marvelon with oral administration after hysteroscopic electroresection of endometrial polyps.The recurrence conditions of endometrial polyps between the two groups were observed after a 6-month follow-up.Results In the control group,there were 14 cases(33.33%) of recurrence and 27 cases(64.29%) of menstrual improvement;in the treatment group,there were 5 cases(12.50%) of recurrence and 34 cases(85.00%) of menstrual improvement.The differences of menstrual improvement and postoperative recurrence between the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion The treatment of hysteroscopic electrocision of endometrial polyps combined with Marvelon is helpful to improve the clinical symptoms and to prevent the recurrence of endometrial polyps.
