股骨头缺血坏死的治疗进展

股骨头缺血坏死(ANFH)是由不同病因导致股骨头血液供应中断及缺氧而引起髋关节退行性骨性关节炎,继而造成股骨头塌陷。在我国约有400万人患有股骨头缺血性坏死疾病,这些患者往往30～40岁。对股骨头坏死的不同阶段,有多种治疗方案可选择。非手术治疗方法包括保护下负重、电刺激、药物治疗等。手术治疗包括有无植骨的髓芯减压术、移植术、截骨术、融合术、人工股骨头置换术等。

Progress in Treatment of Avascular Necrosis of Femoral Head

Disruption of blood supply to the femoral head and subsequent hypoxia are implicated in the pathogcnesis of avascular necrosis of femoral head(ANFH),which frequently leads to the progressive collapse of the femoral head,thus causing degenerative arthritis of the hip joint.ANFH affects 4 million people in our country and often these patients are in their 30s and 40s.Various treatment options have been proposed for different stages of ANFH.Nonoperative treatments include protected weightbearing,electrical stimulation,and pharmacologic treatments etc.;operative treatments include core decompression with or without grafting,grafting,osteotomy,fusion,joint replacement and so on.
