食物不耐受的研究进展

摘    要:食物不耐受是临床上不同于食物过敏的另一种变态反应性疾病,它是机体的免疫系统针对某种或多种食物发生的过度保护性免疫反应,使机体产生特异性的IgG抗体,抗体与过敏原反应产生免疫复合物而引起机体的相关疾病。根据患者的病情制订科学的饮食计划是治疗食物不耐受最佳且有效的方法。现就食物不耐受的发病机制、与相关疾病的关系及食物不耐受的检测方法等予以综述。

Abstract:Foods intolerance is an allergy different from food allergy and it is the overprotection and immune response of the immune system for one type or several type of foods,which activates the body to generate specific IgG antibody to form the immune complexes with the allergen and cause the related disease.Developing a scientific diet plan according to the patient′s situation is the best treatment and effective way for foods intolerance.Here is to summarize the clinica1 study progress on food into1erance from aspects of pathoenesis,re1ationships between food intolerance and related illnesses,and the detection etc..
