爆震性耳聋的研究进展

摘    要:爆震性耳聋(ED)是常见的一种职业病,其发生机制主要为强噪声引起的机械力,以及其对耳蜗细胞代谢和血流影响,造成听觉器官的急性损伤,从而引起耳鸣、耳聋、耳痛等一系列临床症状。噪声强度、频谱和暴露时间均对损伤的程度有不同程度的影响,除此之外,ED与年龄、耳病因素以及有无防护措施也密切相关。近年来,人们研究发现,不同个体对强噪声的敏感性亦有差别,于是,对ED病因的研究逐步深入到了基因水平,越来越多的基因被发现与ED的易感性相关,相信随着研究的深入,将会为ED的防治提供一种新的思路。

Abstract:Explosive deafness is a common occupational disease,the main genesis mechanism of which is mechanical force caused by strong noise,and the noise impact on the metabolism and blood flow of cochlear cells,causing the acute injury of hearing organ,thus lead to a series of clinical symptoms,such as tinnitus,deaf,earache,and so on.Noise intensity,noise spectrum and exposure time all have varying degrees of influence on the severity of injury.In addition,ED is also closely related to age,otopathy and protective measures.In recent years,people found that different individual has different sensitiveness to strong noise.As a result,the research about the pathogeny of ED has developed to gene level gradually,and more and more genes were found to be related to the susceptibility of ED.It′s believed that further research will find a new way to the prevention and treatment of ED.
