血小板活化指标与缺血性脑卒中

血小板活化包括血小板形态的改变、血小板聚集、血小板成分的释放。近年来发现血小板活化因子、血小板第4因子、β血小板球蛋白、血小板膜糖蛋白Ⅱb/Ⅲa、可溶性P选择素等血小板活化标志物在血栓形成、缺血性脑卒疾病中发挥重要作用。血小板活化指标物可引导缺血性脑卒中的临床诊断、预后情况及治疗反应。监测血小板活化指标物可辅助于抗栓治疗,预测预后。

Blood Platelet Activation Index and Ischemic Stroke

Platelet activation including shape change,aggregation,and platelet component release.In recent years,it is found that the markers of blood platelet activation,such as platelet activating factor,platelet factor 4,β-thromboglobulin,platelet glycoprotein Ⅱb/Ⅲa,P-selectin,have significant roles in the process of thrombosis in cerebrovascular disease.Those markers of blood platelet activation can guide in the clinical diagnosis of stroke,prognosis,and response to the therapy.Monitoring of the alterations of those markers might be helpful in antithrombotic therapy and predicting the prognosis.
