断肢(指)再植20例临床治疗观察

目的探讨断肢再植的方法、时限、适应证及再植术后的临床效果。方法研究2010年1～6月所行的20例断肢(指)再植手术,观察其术后肢体成活率及功能重建手术后功能恢复的情况。结果 20例患者断肢(指)再植手术后,均获得成活,成活率为100%。功能恢复优良率达85%,有2例行二期功能重建。结论断肢离体尽可能在短的时间内施行再植手术,才能有效恢复肢体的连续性,取得再植肢体理想的功能。

Clinical Observation of Limbs(Finger)Replantation:A Report of 20 Cases

Objective To investigate the method,duration,indications and clinical results of limb replantation.Methods To study 20 cases of limb(finger)replantation surgery from January to June 2010,the survival rate and postoperative physical function after reconstructive surgery were observed.Results Limbs(fingers)fingersin 20 patients after replantation surgery have all survived,the survival rate was 100%.Good functional recovery was 85%,while 2 cases were performed two-stage functional reconstruction.Conclusion Replantative operation of the isolated limbs should be done within the shortest possible time,in order to effectively restore the continuity of limbs,and obtain the expected function of the replants.
