| 摘 要： | 股骨头缺血性坏死的发现已有100多年的历史,现在股骨头缺血性坏死已由少见病转变为多发病、常见病。股骨头缺血性坏死的治疗方法很多,临床治疗主要根据股骨头坏死的分期,保守治疗适用于Ficat的0期和Ⅰ期,手术疗法适用于Ficat分期的Ⅱ、Ⅲ期及Ⅳ期。在此比较股骨头缺血性坏死各种治疗方法的优缺点,并回顾分析股骨头缺血性坏死的治疗现状。

| Abstract: | Avascular necrosis of the femoral head was discovered more than one hundred years ago,which has developed into frequently-occurring and common disease from rare diseases.There are many treatments for the disease,commonly according to the staging of necrosis in the clinical practice.Conservative therapy is suitable for stage 0 and I,and operation is suitable for stageⅡ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ of Ficat staging.Here is to compare the superiority and inferiority of different treatments,to review the research and advancement of treatments for avascular necrosis of femoral head. |
