2型糖尿病患者血清Apelin水平及其与动脉粥样硬化相关性分析

目的探讨2型糖尿病患者血清Apelin水平及其与动脉粥样硬化的相关性。方法选取我院2006年1月~2011年1月收治的2型糖尿病患者84例,其中无动脉斑块者41例（A组）,动脉斑块者43例（B组）,并选择同时期的健康正常者42例为对照组。观察三组患者的一般临床指标及主要生化指标。结果 A、B组患者的腰围（WC）、收缩压（SBP）、空腹血糖（FBG）、Apelin水平、空腹胰岛素（FINS）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、胰岛素抵抗指数（HOMA-IR）、抗凝血检测糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）均明显高于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）则显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）;B组患者的Apelin水平明显低于A组,而三酰甘油（TG）水平则显著高于A组及对照组（P〈0.05）。结论血清Apelin水平降低可能为动脉粥样硬化发生的前兆,Apelin是其保护性因素。

Apelin levels of patients with type 2 diabetes and its correlation with atherosclerosis

Objective To investigate the Apelin levels of patients with type 2 diabetes and its correlation with atherosclerosis.Methods 84 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected from January 2006 to January 2011 in our hospital,including 41 cases without arterial plaque(group A) and 43 case with arterial plaque(group B),and 42 cases with normal healthy were considered as the control group.The clinical indicators and main biochemical indicators were observed.Results The waist circumference(WC),systolic blood pressure(SBP),fasting blood-glucose(FBG),LDL-C,Apelin,fasting insulin(FINS),insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR) and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c) in group A group B were significantly higher than the control group,the HDL-C was significantly lower than the control group(P <0.05);Apelin levels in group B were significantly lower than group A,while the TG levels were significantly higher than group A and the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion The reducing of serum Apelin levels may be the precursor of atherosclerosis occurring,and Apelin is a protective factor.
