短暂性脑缺血发作的少见病因及机制探讨

短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)是脑或视网膜局灶性缺血引起的神经功能障碍短暂性发作,临床常见。它的一些常见病因已为临床医师所熟悉,但临床上一些特殊病因引发的TIA往往被忽视,从而导致了误诊的发生。TIA少见病因包括低血糖、慢性硬膜下血肿、颅内肿瘤、静脉窦血栓形成、脑出血、偏头痛、蛛网膜下腔出血以及动脉夹层等。现就这些病因导致TIA的发病机制进行探讨。

Rare Causes of Transient Ischemic Attacks and Investigation of the Pathogenic Mechanisms

The transient ischemic attack(TIA)is a sudden,focal,neurologic deficit involving the brain or retina,and is common in the clinic.Some of the common causes of transient ischemic attack have been familiar to clinicians,but some special causes are often overlooked,which leads to the occurrence of misdiagnosis.Rare causes of TIA include hypoglycemia,chronic subdural hematoma,intracrnial tumors,venous sinus thrombosis,cerebral hemorrage,migraine,subarachnoid hemorrhage,and artery dissection etc.,which are to be discussed here.
