慢性乙型肝炎与糖尿病的研究进展

已有研究表明慢性乙型肝炎与糖尿病密切相关,可引起血糖异常,甚至诱发糖尿病,其发生机制与胰岛素抵抗、肝功能受损、肝脂肪变、乙型肝炎病毒在胰腺复制、胰腺损伤及自身免疫反应、干扰素的应用等相关。反之,胰岛素抵抗及糖尿病亦可加速慢性乙型肝炎进展为肝纤维化及肝癌。现就慢性乙型肝炎与糖尿病关系的研究进展予以综述。

Research Progress of Chronic Hepatitis B and Diabetes Mellitus

Recent studies have shown that chronic hepatitis B and diabetes are closely related,chronic hepatitis B could cause pathoglycemia,and even induce diabetes,mechanisms of which are associated with insulin resistance,impaired liver function,hepatic steatosis,hepatitis B virus replication in pancreas,pancreatic injury and autoimmune reactions,clinical use of interferon.Vice versa,insulin resistance and diabetes can accelerate the progression to liver fibrosis and liver cancer of chronic hepatitis B.Here is to make a review on the current opinions of the relationship between chronic hepatitis B and diabetes.
