腹腔镜和开放手术治疗单侧精索静脉曲张疗效对比分析

目的对比研究腹腔镜下和开放手术治疗单侧精索静脉曲张临床效果。方法选取我院87例精索静脉曲张患者,将其分为腹腔镜组（45例）和开放手术组（42例）。开放手术组行开放式腹膜后小切口精索静脉高位结扎术,腹腔镜组行腹腔镜下精索静脉高位结扎术治疗。结果腹腔镜组住院费用、住院时间、手术时间与开放手术组比较,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）。术后腹腔镜组精子密度、活动率、畸形率与开放手术组比较,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）。结论腹腔镜下精索静脉结扎术是治疗精索静脉曲张安全、有效、可行的手术方法,值得临床推广。

Comparative analysis on the therapeutic efficacy of laparoscopy and open surgical in the treatment of unilateral varicocele

Objective To compare the therapeutic efficacy of laparoscopic and open surgical in the treatment of unilateral varicocele.Methods 87 patients with varicocele in our hospital were selected,who were divided into laparoscopy group(45 cases) and open surgical group(42 cases).Open surgical group was given small incision open retroperitoneal high ligation of the spermatic vein and laparoscopy group was given routine laparoscopic spermatic vein ligation.Results Hospital stay and operative time of the laparoscope group were significantly improved compared with the open surgery group(all P < 0.05).After treatment,the density,motility,malformation rate of sperm in laparoscope group were significant differences compared with the open surgery group(all P < 0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic spermatic vein ligation in the treatment of varicocele is a safe,effective and feasible surgical approach,so it is worthy of clinical application.
