骨形态发生蛋白2基因治疗骨缺损研究进展

摘    要:因创伤、肿瘤切除等原因造成的骨缺损的治疗一直是临床医师面临的一大难题。自体骨移植或异体骨移植治疗骨缺损仍然是临床上治疗骨缺损的金标准。目前应用骨形态发生蛋白2基因结合骨组织工程的方法治疗修复骨缺损是新的研究热点。骨形态发生蛋白2基因结合人工合成支架、生物可降解支架和自体组织移植是最新的研究解决方法,并取得一定的骨缺损修复效果。

Abstract:The treatment of bone defects due to severe traumas,tumor resections and other reasons has always been a major challenge facing the clinicians.Autogeneous bone transplantation or allograft transplantation is still the gold standard of clinical treatment of bone defect.At present,the application of BMP-2 gene combined with bone tissue engineering method to repair bone defect is a new hotspot.The transplantations of BMP-2 gene combined with synthetic or biodegradable scaffolds or autologous tissues are the latest research solutions,which have obtained certain effect of repairing bone defect.
