颈总动脉压迫试验在鉴别颈内动脉虹吸部中的价值

目的探讨颈总动脉压迫试验在对单侧或双侧颞窗不透声的患者进行经颅多普勒超声（TCD）检查颈内动脉虹吸部时的鉴别价值。方法对473例单侧或双侧颞窗不透声的患者进行TCD检查,经眼窗探查眼动脉和颈内动脉虹吸部,通过压迫同侧或对侧颈总动脉,鉴别经探头所在侧眼窗探查到的眼动脉、颈内动脉虹吸部是否与探头所在侧一致。结果 TCD所检测的946支颈内动脉虹吸段中,884支与探头所在侧一致,62支与探头所在侧不一致,经分析,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对单侧或双侧颞窗不透声患者通过眼窗进行TCD检查颈内动脉虹吸部时,存在一定的误差,颈总动脉压迫试验在对其进行鉴别时具有重要价值

The value of common carotid artery compression test in identification of the siphon of internal carotid artery

Objective To explore the value of common carotid artery compression test in identification of the siphon of internal carotid artery by TCD in patient with unilateral or bilateral closed temporal windows.Methods 473 cases of patients with unilateral or bilateral closed temporal windows were detected by TCD,ophthalmic artery and the siphon of internal carotid artery were detected through eye window.Through oppressing of ipsilateral and offside common carotid artery to identify the coherence between the ophthalmic artery,siphon of internal carotid artery and the probe positions.Results Among 946 siphons of internal carotid arteries which were detected by TCD,884 siphons were in the position accordance with probe,62 siphons were in the position disaccord with probe,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion There are errors in identification of the siphon of internal carotid artery in patients with unilateral or bilateral closed temporal windows,and common carotid artery compression test has a great value in identification of siphon.
