树突细胞疫苗治疗多发性骨髓瘤的研究进展

摘    要:随着分子生物学、免疫学、临床医学等相关学科的发展,越来越多的治疗多发性骨髓瘤(MM)的方法被采用,但是目前仍然缺乏一种彻底治愈MM的方法。树突细胞(DC)是目前功能最强的抗原呈递细胞,与肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关。近年来,利用DC疫苗治疗MM已进行了很多尝试并在动物实验和临床试验中取得了一定的疗效。现就DC免疫治疗MM的机制以及MM疫苗的各种类型、制备方法和应用前景予以综述。

Research Progress in DC-based Cancer Vaccines for Multiple Myeloma
Abstract:With the development of molecular biology,immunology,clinical medicine,more and more approaches were adopted to treat patients with multiple myeloma(MM).Novertheless so far cure for MM is still not found.Dentritic cell(DC)is the most effective in antigen presenting and closely related to the occurrence and development of tumors.In recent years DC vaccine for MM has been explored and some achievements have been made on animal experiments and clinical trials.Here is to make a review on the mechanisms of DC-based immunotherapy for MM,the various types of vaccines,methods of preparation and application perspective for MM.
