臭氧结合物理治疗对腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效及心理情绪的相关分析

目的对经皮穿刺注射医用臭氧联合物理疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的早中期临床疗效和抑郁情绪的研究。方法将95例腰椎间盘突出症患者按随机分组原则分为3组,分别采用臭氧联合超短波（T1组）、臭氧联合静磁（T2组）和单纯臭氧消融术（C组）治疗腰椎间盘突出症,采用简式McGill疼痛问卷表（SF-MPQ）、改良Macnab疗效评定标准和抑郁自评量表（SDS）分析。结果比较95例腰椎间盘突出症患者术后不同时间的疗效。T1组SF-MPQ评分术后1个月和3个月结果优于C组（P〈0.05）,T2组SF-MPQ评分术后1个月结果优于C组（P〈0.05）;MacNab标准分析结果,T1、T2组术后1个月优良率均明显高于C组（P〈0.05）,T1组术后3个月优良率高于C组（P〈0.05）,术后3个月T2组和C组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;两种联合治疗方法采用抑郁自评量表（SDS）结果与单纯臭氧消融术对抑郁情绪的影响比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论臭氧消融联合物理疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症在临床疗效上均优于单纯臭氧治疗,臭氧联合物理治疗在抑郁情绪的缓解程度上并不显著优于单纯臭氧治疗。

Correlation analysis on the clinical efficacy and mood of ozone injection combined with physiotherapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation

Objective To observe the effects of ozone injection combined with physiotherapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 95 case with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into 3 groups,tread with ozone injection combined ultrashort wave treatment,ozone injection combined magnet therapy and ozone ablation.The effects were assessed with SF-MPQ,MacNab and SDS.Results The assessment of SF-MPQ in postoperation 1 month and 3 months showed the effect in T1 group were better than that of group C(P < 0.05),and it in postoperation 1 month showed the effect in T2 group was better than in C group(P < 0.05).The analysis of MacNab in postoperation 1 month showed the effect in combined intervention group was better(P < 0.05),and in postoperation 3 month only T1 group was better than group C(P < 0.05).The assessment of SDS showed the effect of depressed mood in the two combined intervention group had not statistically significant differences than in single ozone injection(P > 0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of ozone injection combined with physiotherapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation is better than that of single ozone injection.The improvement of depressed mood in the two combined intervention group is not better than in single ozone injection.
