利奈唑胺治疗重症监护室革兰阳性球菌感染的疗效及安全性

目的观察利奈唑胺用于治疗重症监护室革兰阳性球菌感染的疗效及安全性。方法选择本院重症监护室收治的各类基础疾病患者中出现革兰阳性球菌感染者42例,均给予利奈唑胺抗感染治疗,1 200 mg/d静脉滴注,治疗14 d。观察患者症状改善、细菌清除及不良反应发生情况。结果全部患者治愈13例（31.0%）,显效21例（50.0%）,进步5例（11.9%）,无效3例（7.1%）,总有效率为81.0%。耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌感染患者有效率为100.0%（16/16）,表皮葡萄球菌感染患者有效率为100.0%（4/4）,屎肠球菌感染患者有效率为83.3%（5/6）,溶血葡萄球菌感染患者有效率为88.9%（8/9）。本组患者治疗中出现腹泻2例,恶心1例,血小板减少2例,未出现其他明显并发症。结论利奈唑胺治疗重症监护室阳性球菌感染,可有效缓解感染症状,清除病菌,且不良反应轻微,安全性好。

Efficacy and safety of Linezolid in the treatment of Gram-positive bacterial infection in intensive care unit

Objective To observe the effectiveness and safety of Linezolid in the treatment of Gram-positive bacterial infection in intensive care unit.Methods 42 cases infected patients in intensive care unit of our hospital were given Linezolid anti-infection treatment,1200 mg/d intravenous drip,the treatment course was 14 days.The symptoms improvement,bacteria clear and adverse reaction patients were observed.Results In all patients,there were 13 cases(31.0%) of cured,21 cases(50.0%) of excellent,5 cases(11.9%) of progressive,three cases(7.1%) of invalid,with the total effective rate of 81.0%.The effective rate of patients with methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus infection was 100.0%(16/16),the effective rate of staphylococcus epidermidis infection was 100.0%(4/4),the effective rate of enterococcus faecium infection was 83.3%(5/6),the effective rate of staphylococci haemolyticus infection was 88.9%(8/9).During the treatment of this group,there were 2 cases of diarrhea,1 case of nausea,2 cases of thrombocytopenia and no other obvious complications.Conclusion Linezolid can effectively remove germs and relieve the symptoms of positive aureus infection of all kinds of basic diseases patients in intensive care unit,and adverse reaction is slight,safety is good.
